1. Eligible Cases for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure food safety and public health guidelines, food products (honey, honeycomb jars) can only be returned or exchanged under the following specific circumstances:
- If the product arrived damaged or broken due to shipping or courier handling.
- If the product you received does not match the items in your order statement.
2. Terms and Filing Period
To complete a return or exchange request under the eligible cases listed above, please adhere to the following:
- You must report the damage or incorrect product within **24 hours** of delivery.
- The item must remain in its original state, unopened, unused, with safety seal bands intact.
3. Refund Mechanism
Once your return request is examined and verified:
- If you paid via CliQ, the refund will be credited back instantly to your electronic wallet or bank account.
- If paid by Cash on Delivery, the refund will be sent via CliQ transfer or cash within 3 business days.
4. Honey Crystallization (Important Note)
Please note that **honey crystallization (turning into a semi-solid sugar-like texture) is a completely natural phenomenon** that occurs to real, raw, unprocessed honey when exposed to cold temperatures. This process is not a defect, does not mean the honey has expired, and is not a valid reason for return. In fact, crystallization is absolute physical proof of the honey's raw, unpasteurized nature.
